Change or cancel an order

We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.

If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice by email.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, items made-to-measure. Please see below for more details.

Shipment is tracked after the adoption of e-mail with the code of the consignment by entering this code on the pages of our logistics partner.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online. Sign into My account here. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team.


We cooperate with several producers from whole Europe. Some of these producers are from Western Europe, some are from Eastern Europe, there are the biggest producers. Some products are of Asian origin, so if you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email us and our Customer service will give you a feedback where your order is at the moment.

If you decide to return unwrapped undamaged goods  law allows you to do it up to 7 days. In this case, please, have a look at TRANSPORTATION price list of our logistic partner here.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. If you order made-to-measure products, you are not allowed to return them This does not affect your statutory rights.

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. See terms and conditions here.

Buying furniture or large products

Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners), as well as the proposed location, before you order large pieces of furniture, electrical appliances or outdoor toys, to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs, and to enable us to deliver your order successfully.
