Standard delivery

Standard EU delivery is free on all orders over £299 (or 299€). If the value of the goods does not exceed the amount of £ 299 (or € 299), the carriage fees you can found in section Delivery cost.

Charges and options

About our delivery service

• The delivery options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). We deliver Hampers and to remote areas Monday to Friday.
• Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
• If you order items with both 7 and 10 day quoted despatch times, your order may be consolidated and those products will arrive together, usually within 10 working days
• If next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout. These options are available for Monday to Saturday delivery; order by 7pm previous day (order by 7pm on Saturday for delivery on the Monday).
• On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
• Information on international delivery.
• Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

Deliveries to multiple addresses

If you'd like to have items sent to separate UK addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address if applicable.
